Customer Success Manager- Logistics SaaS- £30,000 - £40,000
We are looking for a talented Customer Success manager to join this trillion-dollar industry disruptor. With an aim to simplify international trade by digitising their supply chain and creating a competitive advantage with the resulting collaboration and data.
You will become a trusted advisor creating lasting relationships with your customers that naturally produces product adoption, up-sell opportunities and minimises churn. We focus on personal development and growth opportunities in a welcoming office culture. Flexible working and a competitive salary come as standard.
- Gain a genuine understanding of your customers strategies, processes & objectives and align these with our capabilities to drive measurable value for customers
- Manage and define the future of customer on-boarding by leading certain activities, working cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment.
- Act as the voice of the customer
- Anticipate issues before they arise, solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building ability
- Ability to navigate complex organisational hierarchies
- Using knowledge to positively influence both internally and externally
- Previous experience in Supply chain management or SaaS Customer success
- Professional experience with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
