As a customer success manager, your main objectives are to:

  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and business objectives
  • Optimise time to implementation and time to value for our customers
  • To constantly be thinking forward about how we can add more value to our customer's business
  • Work closely with clients to build them into advocates
  • To communicate feedback from our customers to our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Proactively work with sales to monitor retention and maximise renewal rates


What do you we expect from you:

it is essential that you can and have demonstrated the following:

  • A 2.1 or above (or equivalent) from a top tier university
  • Interests, projects and adventures outside of your academics
  • Curiosity: you never want to stop learning
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • A genuine interest and thirst to work for a fast-growing start up in the tech industry
  • An ability to listen carefully and ask meaningful questions
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude


It is an additional benefit if you have the following:

  • Consultancy or account management experience; this could be from a placement year or internship
  • We believe that experience is a double-edged sword and that raw attributes aligned with our values can be just as valuable as experience. We are looking for curious, humble, helpful, intelligent people, who are thoughtful about their approach to work and driven by the success of the team. You will receive all the training and resources you need to thrive in this position.
