Their products are in demand as their clients are always looking to understand when and where customers are buying. This company's purchase of intelligence software is key to brands and retailers increasing their sales. You will have the opportunity to manage industry leading clients including:

The product is cardlink marketing and purchase intelligence, connecting Enterprise grocery brands with advertising opportunities through a loyalty platform.

The Job

As the Partnerships Director for Grocery & Gas, you are responsible for:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise level clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver the best service to clients.
  • Manage the client relationship throughout the life cycle
  • Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities

You

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience looking to get into Customer Success or has previous experience in customer success
  • Data and insights experience in preferred
  • Must have experience being part of a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Commercially minded able to identify opportunities for upselling
  • Confident and able to work with Enterprise level clients and negotiate contracts
