The Job

  • Evangelize adoption of the company’s solution and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the client during implementations for all work related to the project
  • Serve as an in-house consultant to work with clients on product features, functionality and onboarding best practices
  • Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project and customer expectations



  • Degree in Economics/business or any marketing-related analytical degree
  • 2-5 years of services/consulting experience
  • Able to quickly understand the key principals around the company’s platform as it evolves.
  • Prior onboarding/project management experience in a SaaS company
  • Understand how to manipulate, analyze and interpret data to explain and present complex technologies simply
