The Job:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage senior relationships at our largest clients, and to find ways to efficiently care for our smaller clients so that they also feel well looked after.
  • Measured on retention and growth of the business at your clients, as well as how they feel about the business through their Net Promoter Score.
  • Curious, data-oriented and proactive, always searching for ways to improve what we do, as we scale our business geographically.
  • Building great internal relationships, working with cross-functional partners to ensure our broader objectives are met.


  • You will have direct experience in a B2B sales or customer management environment
  • You have a proven track record in building client relationships that deliver mutual success
  • You have demonstrated excellence in the past and are someone who is highly achievement orientated
  • You want to learn, and can absorb and understand complex subjects quickly
  • You are high energy and love to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations
  • You care deeply about client experience and building long lasting relationships
