Customer Success Manager - Marketing Tech - SEO and Digital Optimisation SaaS - £40,000 - £55,000 plus 10K Bonus!

The Company

My client is one of the industries leading SEO and Digital Optimisation Platforms In their space. They work with brands and agencies to run and improve their digital marketing campaigns with a focus on the SEO market.

They work with some incredible clients, offering a huge amount of variety in your portfolio as well as the chance to build strong and meaningful relationships with each client for the initial part of their customer journey. As well as their strong client portfolio, they also have over $70m in funding behind them.

They are an office of young and passionate technology professionals who still maintain that 'start-up' environment where everyone is striving for better. If you are looking to join a fast-paced company with incredible routes for progression then this is the place for you!

They are ideally looking for someone who has 3+ years experience in Managing and Onboarding clients to a SaaS platform then managing their Customer Success from then on. The role will have you onboarding any new clients to the tech, then managing their Customer Lifecycle from then on in.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Manage new clients to onboard them onto the tech platform
  • Manage the clients adoption and customer success from then on in
  • Occasionally pass on customers to other CSMs in your first 6-18 months in the role
  • Create a clear data-strategy for each client and work closely with them to achieve this.
  • Work with the wider Customer Success team on strategy and growth.
  • Progress into a Senior role in the near future
  • Manage client strategy and support across the platform, to ensure they are using it to its full capability.
  • Meet clients on site as much as possible.
  • Work directly with the head of Customer Success

You

  • You will have at least 3 years' experience either in a Customer Success or Account Management in the Marketing tech space
  • You will have worked with Tier 1 Enterprise brands previously
  • You have considerable experience onboarding new clients and providing training
  • You will ideally have experience analysing data and presenting this back to clients
  • You will have experience managing renewals and upsells.
  • You have an above average retention rate and client satisfaction.
  • You have a good understanding of the Marketing industry
  • You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.
  • You have experience managing clients and developing relationships.
  • You have some strong client-facing experience and regularly meet clients.
  • You will ideally have a second language
