My client is a SaaS based programmatic ad tech that provides their advertisers an independent, configurable platform and transparent data ecosystem to record, verify and optimise financial performance throughout their programmatic media supply-chain! They have just gone through a rapid acceleration in customer uptake and are looking for their first Customer Success Manager to join the London team!!
Your key objective is to deliver success to your customers by insuring their success utilising the platform. This in turn will improve your customers programmatic performance while increasing their value to the platform through account growth!
- Be the main point of contact across clients in the post-sales journey
- Develop customer relationships, driving customer adoption and ensuring they are loving the platform.
- Possess an in depth understanding of the platform to provide consultative best practices and training to achieve superior programmatic performance
- Maintain a high level of response and resolution to customer requests
- 1 - 2 years experience in a Saas organisation or Programmatic Agency focusing on programmatic trading and RTB Standards
- Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills with ideal experience in customer training and management
- Analytical background - being able to extract and formulate learning's and recommendations from numbers and package them in to business reviews
