Customer Support Manager - SEO and Digital Optimisation SaaS - £35,000 - £45,000 plus Bonus!

The Company

My client is one of the industries leading SEO and Digital Optimisation Platforms In their space. They work with brands and agencies to run and improve their digital marketing campaigns with a focus on the SEO market.

They work with some incredible clients, offering a huge amount of variety in your portfolio as well as the chance to build strong and meaningful relationships with each client for the initial part of their customer journey. As well as their strong client portfolio, they also have over $70m in funding behind them.

They are an office of passionate technology professionals who still maintain that 'start-up' environment where everyone is striving for better. If you are looking to join a fast-paced company with incredible routes for progression then this is the place for you!

They are ideally looking for someone who has 3+ years experience in Customer Support in a SaaS environment, but someone who takes a very consultative approach to supporting clients with good project management experience.

 

The Role

 

As a Customer Support Manager, you will:

 

  • Implement, maintain and troubleshoot clients projects on the tech platform on their behalf
  • Respond to first line tickets from clients on any issues to their usage of the tech platform.
  • Design bespoke training programmes for your client portfolio to ensure success on the platform
  • Manage inbound support tickets via Zendesk and Outlook
  • Serve as the escalation point for Customer issues ensuring they are solved as quickly as possible.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to onboard clients on to the tech platform.

 

You

 

  • You will have at least 1 years experience either in a Technical Support or Client Onboarding role with a focus on Support.
  • You will ideally have some experience working on a Marketing Technology or SaaS platform.
  • You will have experience analysing data and are a strong Excel user.
  • You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.
  • You ideally have a good usage of a ticket platform like Zendesk
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You have some strong client-facing experience
