Digital Account Manager - Marketing Agency - Leeds (Hybrid) - up to £40,000

The Role

As Digital Account Manager, you will cover PPC, Paid Social and Display channels from a strategic perspective, as well as executing campaigns. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Developing and executing digital media strategies across various channels.
  • Implementing long-term strategies, ensuring these align with business objectives and drive desired outcomes.
  • Contributing to new business development by participating in pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new clients and projects.
  • Leading and nurturing a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance to achieve client goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Proactively engage with clients and media owners, attending meetings and building strong relationships to ensure effective communication and successful campaign execution.

About you

To be a perfect fit for this role, the following is desired from your profile and background:

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in successfully implementing and optimizing social, search, and/or display campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver desired results.
  • Proficient in taking ownership of multiple client accounts, managing them effectively, and delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Skilled in working on client briefs, collaborating with various departments to integrate strategies and deliver cohesive campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of campaign performance data, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to derive meaningful insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • A confident and articulate communicator, both written and verbal, capable of leading client calls, reporting on campaign progress, and building strong client relationships.
