The Job
As the Digital Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development of data-driven strategies for UK and international markets, aiming to enhance SEO and Paid Search channels' growth.
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in establishing performance objectives for search channels.
- Overseeing agencies and fostering collaborative efforts to optimize performance and achieve targets for Paid Search and SEO.
- Creating and implementing iterative testing programs across both channels and providing regular reports on their progress.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support trade, customer, and brand goals.
- Utilizing customer-focused insights to inform channel decisions.
- Generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reports using platform and Google Analytics data, offering actionable insights.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and optimize marketing tracking-tags, product feeds, and customer feeds.
- Sharing knowledge, expertise, and learnings on SEO and Paid Search with internal stakeholders to drive change.
- Researching and proposing additional digital marketing opportunities to enhance brand awareness, acquisition, and customer retention.
- Establishing connections between digital activities and in-store journeys to demonstrate potential and identify scalability.
You
- Have a comprehensive understanding of key digital channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, and Affiliates.
- Proficient in managing complex Paid Search accounts and possessing strong expertise in technical and content SEO.
- Confidence in engaging with senior leaders, designers, trade teams, copywriters, marketing teams, project managers, and external agencies.
- Proficiency in working with Google Analytics (360), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing large budgets to achieve ambitious objectives across multiple KPIs.
- A demonstrable passion for the Retail industry, with a commercial mindset.
