Now we're looking for a Digital Sales Director who can help us expand our reach, win new business, and shape the future of how brands connect with their audiences.
🧠What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle-from first contact to closed deal and onboarding
- Leverage your network and uncover new opportunities across agencies, brands, and partners
- Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals that solve real business problems
- Collaborate closely with internal strategy teams to deliver top-tier solutions
- Stay sharp on market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Hit and exceed revenue goals (with uncapped commission to match)
🎯 Who You Are:
- You've got 3+ years of success in digital media, martech, or agency sales
- You know how to speak the language of CMOs and senior decision-makers
- You have a strong book of business or a solid network in a key vertical or region
- You're consultative, strategic, and love closing deals
- Tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator are second nature
- Bonus if you have experience in media strategy or planning
