My client is one of the leading Independent agencies in the US with a global coverage and offices in 3 different continents.
This opportunity is to take complete ownership of their global programmatic offering. You'll be there to manage a team of 7, lead Programmatic Strategy, report to the board, manage Tech and DSP partnerships and drive internal revenue for your division.
It's an incredible opportunity to join an agency that have grown by 500% in the past 4 years, and intend to double in the next 2!
The Job
As the Director of Programmatic, your responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage Programmatic across their global offices
- Develop industry-leading Programmatic strategies and campaigns for our clients
- Manage all tech and DSP contracts and relationships for the agency
- Grow and lead the team, with hiring being an immediate priority for you
- Report to the board on company and client performance
- Collaborate with the other Performance channels in the agency
You
For the role of Director of Programmatic, you will have the following skills and experience:
- 6+ years of Programmatic marketing experience
- Experience across multiple DSPs hands on previously
- Leadership and management experience
- Ability to lead divisions and strategy
- A Competitive mindset
- Experience managing tech and DSP Contracts.
- A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent client service approach and ability to multitask with great attention to detail
