eCommerce Consultant (Amazon) - Agency - £35,000 - £40,000
An Independent Technology led Amazon & eCommerce Agency - set up by experts in the industry.
Based in London - hyrbid working policy: 2-3 days in per week. Flexible to sponsor.
Primary responsibility involves Amazon Account Management, in addition to some Amazon Advertising, with potential involvement in other search, display, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will undergo training and receive support while collaborating with both emerging startups and well-established global brands
- Drive Content & digital shelf excellence through best practices - champion content excellence- ratings and reviews- A+ retailer content and imagery and driving digital shelf performance through reporting tools that are in place. Have the skillsets and knowledge on understanding how to syndicate and upload content work.
- Assist clients in adopting our services, technology, and data & insights solutions
- Identify and establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders in client teams, integrating yourself as an extension of their business when encouraged
- Provide guidance to brands on growth strategies for digital channels, supporting implementation in areas such as marketing, NPD, collaborations, and more.
- Evaluate multi-channel paid media initiatives and offer advice on channel investment decisions to clients
- Coach and assist internal peers and teams in applying cross-functional business strategies.
- Develop best practices to enhance the success of the broader client portfolio, including delivering insights into the competitive landscape (market share, competitor formats, pricing, promotions, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize outcomes for client businesses
- Contribute to our mission of delivering world-class client service, technology, and expertise for Amazon and eCommerce
- Support the Product team in developing a platform that best meets client needs.
- Aid clients in improving supply chain management, prioritizing stock for the best-performing channels and building inventory forecasts.
- Retail experience 2+ years (preferably in marketplace activation) in a customer account management or sales role either at an agency or in-house
- Knowledge of eCommerce basics and running Digital Shelf - Driving Content Quality- Conversion Driving Tactics- Driving Digital Activations and Optimising Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in digital advertising principles and tactics.
- A passion for crafting innovative solutions that address strategic challenges for client partners.
- Keen interest in emerging consumer technologies and their role in the retail landscape.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals at various decision-making levels.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing enterprise.
