An Independent Technology led Amazon & Ecommerce Agency - set up 6 years ago by experts in the industry.

Based in London - ideal is 2 days in per week, option for fully remote if needed. Flexible to sponsor.

The Job

• Provide excellent client service and technology for Amazon and Ecommerce
• Forge strong relationships with brands, and advise on growth strategies for digital channels
• Competitor research on pricing, promotions, market share etc.
• Improve client supply chain management
• Drive content and digital shelf excellence
• Support the Product team in developing the tech platform to best support client needs

You

• 2+ years Retail experience (marketplace activation ideal) in a Sales or Customer Account Manager position
• Strong Amazon Vendor & Amazon Seller Central experience
• Experience running Digital Shelf, driving conversion & content quality, and drive digital activations
• Ability to convert data into insights
• Strong stakeholder management
