Ecommerce Manager - Health & Wellbeing tech product - £30,000 - £40,000
We are a unique platform that combines health and wellness services with payment solutions. Our goal is to promote physical and mental achievement by offering cash savings on premium brands through the completion of personal fitness and health goals.
Based in central London. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office.
The role:
Commerce:
● Monitor and improve user journeys, including navigation, search, and payment processes
● Implement CRM tools and processes for customer communication
● Oversee site merchandising, margins, product partners, and analyse customer behaviour and conversion paths
● Utilise automated testing to identify site issues and enhance performance
Product partners:
● Research and onboard high-quality health product and service partners that align with our brand
● Manage the retail product launch schedule and ensure a positive experience for retail partners
● Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver promotions and campaigns within the app
● Develop a reporting dashboard to provide valuable data to product partners
● Create a long-term strategy for onboarding product and service partners to enhance the app experience
Tech Stack & Development:
● Assist Product Management in development sprints and conduct post-development testing
● Collaborate with Product Management to monitor and optimize the existing tech stack for app performance
You must have:
● Experience in managing ecommerce platforms and related tools
● End-to-end retail experience, from in-store to backend operations
● Proficiency in analytics tools and understanding of successful customer journeys
● Ability to utilise data to optimize retail site performance
● Minimum 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce Executive or Trading role
● Understanding or experience in SEO is advantageous
● Knowledge of HTML and basic online content editing, with a technical mindset is advantageous
