Sales Manager - Marketing Tech, SaaS, Reward, Ecommerce. Up to £85k + Double OTE

I am working with a great company that are soon to be the leaders of the loyalty market offering flexible loyalty solutions to affluent markets.

Their products are in demand as their clients are always looking to understand and encourage purchasing habits and rewarding loyal customers. This company's purchase intelligence software is key to brands and retailers increasing their sales.

Working with 9000 clients including Vitabiotics, Skinny Dip and Dermalogica, this company are in a great position and are looking for an AE Manager to manage a small team within a fun, flexible working culture.

The Job

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Managing a team of driven account executives
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of 8
  • Working alongside two sales managers
  • Helping close larger deals

You

  • 3-5 years sales experience in the UK SaaS or Martech space with at least 1 year of closing experience
  • Have reached targets of at least £400k
  • Have closed deals of at least £10k
  • Process and metrics driven and keen to teach various sales methodologies
  • Experience with the GROW model is ideal
  • Good longevity in roles highlighting you've had consistent success, at least 1/2 years in each company
  • Have regularly hit your annual quota
  • Have experience at handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and closing contracts.
