Enterprise Account Manager - Global Market Leading Ecommerce Platform

£50,000 - £60,000 plus 10-20% Bonus

The Company

My client is one of the industry's leading Digital Optimisation Platforms In their space. They work with brands and retailers to launch and optimise their multi-channel advertising campaigns online. They work with some incredible clients, offering a huge amount of variety in your portfolio as well as the chance to build strong and meaningful relationships with each client.

They are ideally looking for someone who has experience within the Ecommerce and SaaS space and has experience working with enterprise level clients.

The Role

The role will focus into two core components:

  • Customer renewal - ensure customers are achieving an appropriate return on their investment and are happy with the products and services
  • Customer growth - work with customers to design and implement account plans to help customers achieve their ecommerce business goals

Other responsibilities include:

  • Own the entire client relationship with the company
  • Manage and negotiate contract renewals
  • Gain a full understanding of your clients short and long-term goals in an ecommerce capacity and connect these to how the businesses products can support these goals
  • Up-sell and cross-sell that appropriate features and products
  • Work alongside other teams in the business including Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to ensure that the client receives the best overall service possible
  • Develop key and long-lasting relationships with senior leaders and employees of your client base
  • Ensure high levels of client retention and minimal churn by actively monitoring and avoiding risk


What you will need:

  • Strong experience in the Ecommerce and SaaS space
  • Excellent client management ability and excellent relationship building capability
  • Strong experience managing multi-million-pound clients and working with enterprise level businesses
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in account management/relevant positions
  • A passion to build long-lasting and strong relationships
