Enterprise Customer Success Manager - SaaS - £50,000 + 25% Bonus

The Company

I am working on a successful SaaS Start-up that provides shoppable QR codes and a comparison platform for consumers to purchase products for the best price.

CPG brands to make their consumer engagements shoppable, while also providing them

with valuable data and insight so they can make better informed decisions in the future.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio for the company's biggest and best clients around the UK
  • Work with clients on engagement on the platform and personally manage renewals and upsells.
  • Create a clear data-strategy for each client and work closely with them to achieve this.
  • Work with the Head of Customer Success closely
  • Manage client strategy and support across the platform, to ensure they are using it to its full capability.

You

  • 3 Years' Experience in Customer Success/Account Management
  • MUST HAVE experience managing a small portfolio including enterprise clients
  • Must have experience managing the entire customer success cycle
  • Excel and have data analytic experience
  • Cross sales experience including upselling, clients retention and renewals.
  • Experienced in negotiating accounts
