Business Development Director (Enterprise Sales Role) - Enterprise Loyalty Marketing Tech

£60-90k base + Double OTE

They are a European based start-up with a small but fast growing presence in the UK. Their client base is global and in the small time they've been in the UK have already picked up just under 20 clients running loyalty campaigns for some very well known UK brands.

They provide a state of the art AI loyalty program, increasing revenue and spend by 20%. It's a very powerful programme beating their closest competitors!

Role

It's a multi-vertical hunter sales role + some partnerships, consultatively selling six figure deals to enterprise brand.

  • Manage a complex sales cycle, on average 3 to 6 months but bigger deals can be 9m+
  • Putting together demos, pitches, RFP/RFIs ect and pitching the solution
  • Qualify the high quality inbound leads
  • Closing and hitting a revenue target 800k to 1m
  • Manage deal sizes 100k-2m
  • Be the face of the company by going to events and staying up to date with the market and products
  • Sell across verticals in the UK

You

  • At least 5 years SaaS sales experience, ideally in the range of 5 to 10 years closing SaaS deals
  • Must have experience selling a complex SaaS marketing technology in the last few years, a technology that can solve multiple problems
  • A knowledge of loyalty marketing
  • Senior contacts within marketing departments within enterprise organisations
  • You utilise a consultative solution sales process
  • Regularly closing six figure deals
  • Consistently hit your revenue sales target over 800k annually
  • Must have UK market sales experience
