Enterprise Sales Director (Land & Expand Sales) - SaaS AI Market Insights - Up to £120k Base, Double OTE

The Company

As the title suggests this is a senior land and expand sales role, it means they still want hunter sales person but very consultative as their will be big upsell/cross selling opportunities.

This is because the deals are huge (six figures to millions) as they sell to enterprise FMCG companies.

The technology is an AI powered, real time, global market insights technology. It connects brands with real people sharing insights through text, images or video which helps brand solve issues or find gaps in the market. It's taking over archaic consumer panels or agencies and bringing insights into the 21st century.

The Job

It's a senior sales role, you'll be selling large & complex deals to multiple teams within enterprise organisations.

  • Close 200k to 1m deals with FMCG companies
  • Manage a complex sales process, deals like this can go on for a long time so you're responsible for managing the process down to a reasonable time frame
  • Work with multiple teams across the company, they're start up like so you'll want to get your hands dirty where possible
  • Win deals that are good for the client as you'll want to upsell more products in
  • Hunt completely new logos where possible
  • Education sell - it's a bit greenfield so be prepared to educate the client on this new product

Candidate Requirements

  • 8 years SaaS sales experience with your last 3 years in an enterprise SaaS sales role
  • Enterprise being 150k+ deal sizes
  • Have consistently brought in 1m+ in SaaS revenue over the last 2 years & hit your revenue target
  • University educated
  • Start up experience is ideal but not necessary
  • Selling to marketing team is a plus
  • You must have had good tenure in your roles
  • Have consistently being one of the biggest billers and therefore have been on your companies presidents club or similar
