Sales Director (Enterprise Sales) - SaaS Legal Spend Analytics & Management Platform

Up to £75k base + Double OTE

The tech helps companies understand what external legal teams are spending their money on and what work they are doing. The legal industry has been slow to adopt tech but is now catching up to digital transformation.

Legal teams and companies need to be able show or see what is happening with their legal counsel. This tech integrates with internal legal teams software to show clients what they have done.

It not only saves a ridiculous amount of money for companies but also helps establish better relationships between all parties.

Its making an opaque industry transparent - so now is a great time to join!

Exciting Bits:

  • Increases saving for companies, stops surprise bills for clients and helps legal teams get the full money for their services - its a tech that really helps and is a genuine need to have!
  • Great clients on-board already like Monzo and Just Eat
  • British company with about 40 people already, they will be doubling and tripling in the next 24 months
  • USA expansion coming soon


  • 360 sales - you will have SDR support but you should also have control of your own pipeline and be adding to it yourself
  • New business - focused on winning complete new logos
  • Enterprise sales - winning large companies who have a need for this product
  • Forecasting - be able to accurately pledge your deals and track your pipeline
  • Circa 650k P/A target closing 50k+ deals
  • Sell into legal and financial teams - understand the challenges of this and overcome them
  • Selling into different types of organisations like VCs, Private Equity, M&A, Financial Services & other types of enterprise clients (its not limited to just these)


  • At least 2 years closing SaaS deals, ideally 3-4 years SaaS sales experience with a couple more as an SDR in SaaS
  • Must have experience with 30k+ deals and an annual quota of at least 400k ideally >500k
  • Strong sales process - using something like Meddpic or challenger sales
  • Can accurately forecast your pipeline
  • You have a growth mindset, you are constantly thinking of increased performance
  • Experienced at generating your own pipeline and happy to keep doing it
  • Good longevity in roles
  • Ideally have sold into legal teams and sold legal tech (not a need to have but will help your application a lot!)
  • Experience within the UK market
  • Hybrid work from home/ office base - it will be 2/3 days in the central London office
