Customer Success Manager (French) - AI Tech - London - £35,000 - £40,000 + 10% bonus
This company are on a mission to change the hospitality/restaurant industry for the better and start to reduce the $1 Trillion global food waste problem.
Founded in 2013, they are bringing the internet and the use of tech, analytics and AI to combat this global issue. They're smart scale system helps to draw data on food waste levels at restaurants, hotels, universities, schools, pubs and many more in the hospitality industry. This data feeds into an in-depth analytics platform which can support businesses to help improve operational profits by up to 40%!
They are finding that post-covid business is booming and from this they are looking to expand their customer success team to manage their existing client base and new business wins that are coming in.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with clients ensuring they are bought in to making the system successful
- Understand clients' current situation and needs to tailor the best solutions for them
- Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation process with client, train multi-disciplined teams to use the platform in person and remotely
- Take consultative approach to keep clients engaged in utilizing the system to manage their food waste reduction
- Proactively analyse client reports and troubleshoot with the client where needed
- Manage KPIs jointly with the client and internal senior team members to ensure that the system is delivering a strong business case, implementing changes where necessary
- Support our front-line tech and customer support team with clients' enquiries where required
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the 3 languages you speak - French is Essential

- You have proven experience of knowing what it takes to provide consistently first-class customer service to customers, remaining calm and measured even when dealing with the most demanding of individuals
- You have excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data.
- You are able to organise self, including effective project management and scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills, managing multiple tasks in parallel and completing tasks to tight deadlines
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get work done, taking the initiative to help your team members.
