French Speaking Technical Solutions Manager - Media Owner - London - £40,000 - £60,000
My clients are a specialist in the digital out of home landscape and are looking for a new technical account manager to join their team! They offer a global platform which automates the buying and selling of outdoor advertising, enables programmatic trading and delivers dynamic, data-driven content to screens in locations and moments to better resonate with and influence consumers.
As a Technical Solutions Manager you will be working on enterprise account, building and maintaining strong working relationships with business and technical teams. Always striving to secure the highest level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that their experience is transformative for their business As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will take an active role in defining how our products evolve by representing the voice of the client. You will ensure that business requirements are fully understood by our development teams leveraging a communication style adapted to individual developers

As a Technical Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide service and support to media owners: enabling business, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage, provide trading insights and driving overall revenue growth for the customer
- Design and help implement new business solutions for our clients. Develop and refine innovative solutions to complex problems
- Facilitate deal execution between buyers and sellers, providing expertise across all programmatic trading models and platforms and assisting on troubleshooting of deals
- Support media owners in their set up, knowledge and utilisation of the platform, uptake of new features and trade with new demand partners
- Support the commercial efforts to upsell and cross-sell new products to media owners
- Drive self-service utilisation of the platform, transitioning to programmatic trading. Influence media owners' monetisation strategy and programmatic demand generation.
- Coordinate product feedback and ensure up to date knowledge and training of all platforms features between internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical support to teams within the organisation and to external clients when required
- Fluent in French
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of managing teams to deliver projects on time with positive outcomes
- Experience managing complex clients at C-suite level
- Excellent understanding of advertising technology, programmatic exchanges, digital targeting, tracking and related trading models
- Experience of working with/for media owners and sound understanding of their interaction with commercial and technical partners
- Ability to educate and transition customers to a new method of trading, whilst protecting a core business
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
