They are market leaders for their technology and have received a huge amount of investment over the last 4 years to allow them to continue to rapidly grow and dominate their specialist area. Now they are continuing this investment, and have huge hiring plans for 2021 which you could be a part of!

They work with some incredible clients, offering a huge amount of variety in their portfolio as well as the chance to build strong and meaningful relationships with each client. Their tech is around Web Optimisation, CRO and Testing to make sure that you can understand how your customer is interacting with your website or App.

They need someone that is Gainsight certified and loves the platform. This role will be to roll this out internally, streamline processes and create best practice. You'll be working on Customer Success strategies and get exposed to all areas of CS!

The Role

As a Gainsight Expert, Customer Success, you will:

  • Be the Gainsight expert both internally and externally in the business
  • Monitor System Performance and user activity to make recommendations and improve usage.
  • Work with multiple different departments on the platform to build best customer success practice
  • Work closely with the BI team to pull out valuable data from the tech platform
  • Build integrations through the Gainsight tech into BI tools such as PowerBI
  • Provide support on dat to day Gainsight users.

You

  • You will have at least 2 years experience either in a Customer Success, Account Management or Analytics/Testing background.
  • You will be either Gainsight or Salesforce certified
  • You will have SaaS experience
  • You are a very client facing person
  • You have a strong learning mentalisty
  • You will ideally have some experience working on a similar Marketing Technology or SaaS platform.
  • You will have experience analysing data or working with Adobe/Google Analytics
  • You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.
  • You have experience managing clients and developing relationships.
  • You have some strong client-facing experience
