Global Client Success Director
70-80k base + 20% bonus and uncapped commission.
This client is a global platform for benefits and rewards across employee financial education. Working with global Fortune 500 businesses such as IBM, Capgemini, Cisco and more. They're a fast growing, SaaS FinTech providing financial education to employees, customers and communities across +100 countries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of clients across Enterprise level with retention, upsells and crossell and driving revenue growth forward. Working alongside the Global Client Director in building this division and scaling globally!
- Forming alliances both inside and externally to help your clients get the outcome they want. establishing connections with influencers in your customer group at the Manager and Director levels.
- Commercial ownership of your clientele: encourage relationship extensions and renewals among your clientele.
- Understanding your clients' goals as a team, as an individual, and as a corporation requires consultation. figuring out how nudging can help to achieve accomplishment.
- Maintain your portfolio by owning it. Develop them. Increase customer advocacy.
Requirements and Nice to have
- HR industry/Fintech and/or SaaS experience or the ability to demonstrate how previous experience could be applied to our clients.
- Well versed with Upsells and Renewal processes
- Be a fantastic rapport builder, who can build trusted advisory relationships with clients.
