Customer Support Analyst - Tech - £22-28,000 - London
Our client is an award-winning SaaS platform that is redefining content marketing. Powered by Artificial Intelligence, their platform turns online content into tangible business results that drive revenue.
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be working with clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from products. Using a consultative approach and creative problem solving you will provide a helpful support experience.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the technology platform
- Work with Customers to effectively and quickly resolve technical issues
- Ensure great Customer experience through strong communication and great results
- Recent Graduate (preferably in a Business, Marketing or Technology field)
- Demonstrated technical customer support experience
- Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing
- Great tech skills: HTML and Excel
