An independent media agency is looking for a Graduate Technical Support Administrator to join its ambitious and talented Technical Team. This media agency has offices worldwide across four continents and works with the big names in the industry. As a Graduate Technical Support Administrator, you will assist in maintaining data accuracy across a wide range of systems and data sets.

The Job

As the Graduate Technical Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the new business system
• Managing inbox
• Monitoring the business website completing both front-end and back-end tasks

You

• Graduated to a degree level of 2:1 or above (achieved/predicted) in a degree
• Ideally had experience with CSS/HTML
• A passion for web technology
• Eligible to work in the UK
