Head of Client Direct Sales – Programmatic AI Ad Tech - $175,000 - 225,000 base + Double OTE and Equity - NYC/Remote
The Company
- My client is one of the most exciting and fastest growing ad tech businesses worldwide. After growing by over 500% in the last two years, 2023 is destined to be their best one yet.
- Their tech is incredibly smart, very complex, but revolutionary in the field of improving programmatic advertising.
- They’re small, but global and well funded. This is a role that is really for someone on the ‘up’ in their career, wanting to join a fast growing start-up.
- The role has a fast route into a Head of US Sales, and reports directly to the US CEO.
- They need someone with a strong knowledge of Programmatic who has an extensive contact of specifically brands direct who have ‘inhoused’.
- Please only apply if you have experience with a complex sell (6-12 months sales cycle), extensive Client Direct contacts and leadership experience.
The Role
As a Head of Client Direct Sales, you will:
- Be selling the company’s core products as well as their new products being launched to brands direct.
- Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
- Hold senior relationships within FTSE 100 Brands across the US
- Support the wider sales team, and hire your own as they expand.
- Be the Programmatic expert and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
- Report directly to the US CEO to support on Company strategy
- Attending various trade shows and events and speak at these too!
You
- Ambitious and driven self-starter with great senior Brand Direct contacts who run campaigns in-house
- Fantastic Programmatic knowledge
- At least some management experience
- Agency relationships are not needed
- Complex Sales experience, ideally SaaS
- Ideally 8-15 years of experience
- Start-up experience
- A ‘lead from the front’ mentality
- Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
- A strong knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
