Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a company focused around building a medical knowledge database. Although a start-up, have Series B funding and have thousands of users in over 191 different countries, and now they're on the hunt for a Head of CRM!
Start date: ASAP
- Define, own and execute a world-class CRM strategy and roadmap that is all-encompassing (onboarding, segmentation, targeting, retention, and more)
- Lead and manage OKRs, KPIs, and goals for the entire CRM team
- Analyze customer lifecycles and develop measurable marketing strategies to improve customer engagement & conversion over the customers lifetime
- Around 8 years’ experience in CRM and at least 1 years experience using HUBSPOT.
- Have at least 2 years experience in leadership.
- Fluent in English (benefit if you speak German).
