Customer Success Lead - Digital Rewards - £70k+

As the reputation of the platform elevates it's position in the market the need for excellence in the Customer Success team increases.
- A proven Head of Customer Success, to aid scale from Series A
- Managing the CS team
- Plan for growth in the team
- Assess and configure the Support team
- Link the two teams to work in harmony
- Work closely with senior management to continue to define the team's role in overall business objectives
- Grown and managed CS & Support teams - Supported by metrics and methodology
- Worked well with Senior management, implementing and improving process where required
- Been a proven people manager/mentor
