Head of Customer Success - App & Web Testing Platform - London - £70-80,000 plus £15k Bonus

The Company:

This SaaS solution allows tech business all around the world to quickly test and check their new updates/releases of products before going live to the market. Using over 50,000 testers globally this platform provides quick and efficient results to some of the top tech businesses out there. Their platform allows business to accelerate growth by getting to market quicker, and having a reliable release at the same time.

They are looking for a Head of Customer Success to come and join the team in London, taking on a multi-million portfolio of enterprise clients such as Facebook, whilst managing a team of 2 in Customer Success beneath them.

The Job:

As the Head of Customer Success, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a multi-million portfolio of enterprise clients like Facebook, owning the relationship and being the key figure in retention, negotiations and growing the portfolio YoY.
  • Work daily to challenge the senior leadership team to be bold and be able to discuss strategic vision for your team and the wider business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing to effectively communicate the needs of your clients and how can they support you to deliver this.
  • You will bring experience of Customer Success to the business, showing what excellence in this area looks like and how you've achieved it before.
  • Managing and motivating the Customer Success team to provide their best service t their portfolio, ensuring retention remains high and opening avenues for growth from within.

You:

  • 5+ years' experience in the Customer Success Space
  • Experience in managing a team and achieving results through leadership and support
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and improving a Customer Success strategy
  • Experience managing enterprise level clients and working in a B2B focused environment
  • Experience working within a fast-paced start-up/scale-up business and working autonomously and with urgency
