Head of Customer Success - APAC – Fully Remote

A global technology giant, working with top brands in SE Asia, US, UK and Australia.

Due to the growth they saw in 2020, they are seeking a Head of Customer Success to grow their Customer Success division. 

 

The Role

  • You will lead the Customer Success team, focusing on growth and retention.
  • You are responsible for efforts to improve retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities to better onboard, train, support and upsell customers
