My client is a rapidly growing software company leading within the Marketing Tech space. It allows for different organisations to reach out to different customers globally. They specialise in machine learning and artificial intelligence using data from the behaviours of their customers.
- Leading the client function across their global teams
- Working in partnership with their key stakeholders
- Supporting and growing the more junior people within the Customer Success team
- Educating all customers and increasingly support the platform
- A minimum of 6 years' experience within a Customer Success/Account Management role
- Proven experience in successful negotiation across key stakeholders and wider team
- Ability to inspire those around you
- Can work well both independently and within a team
- Analytically minded
