Head of Customer Success - Sports SaaS Tech - Salary dependent on experience with equity!
My client is one of the leading tech platforms in the Live Streaming industry across the UK and Europe after having doubled in size over the last 2 years following funding.
They work with a variety of different sporting brands such as Chelsea FC, La Liga and The FA as well as news broadcasters like the BBC, ITV and Sky News meaning you will be working on a variety of very exciting brands across Europe!
This role will be leading their Customer Success and Support teams, with some big growth plans on the horizon. It's a real opportunity to make these teams your own and work directly with the CEO and Founder of the business.
They need a leader, who has managed and grown teams before, someone who is passionate about tech/SaaS and someone who ideally has worked with small companies before. You will need to be enthusiastic, personable and great at building relationships for their clients as well as a Sports Enthusiast!
As a Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Manage the entire Customer Success and support teams being responsible for 4-6 direct reports
- Lead the Customer Success and Account Management strategy for the team.
- Create a successful and efficient Customer Success and Support function for the team and their clients.
- Be part of the leadership team, working with the CEO on setting strategy for the company going forwards.
- Be ultimately responsible for revenue growth for your team's clients, with targets in place on retention and growth.
- Maintain and develop C level relationships with Clients
- Develop your direct reports and be responsible for their progression.
- You will have at least 7 years' experience either in a Customer Success, Account Management in the SaaS space. Ideally in Sports, Broadcasting or Video tech.
- You have an above average retention rate and client satisfaction.
- You have worked in Enterprise SaaS with recognisable client names and large contract values.
- You have lead and developed Customer Success teams before in SaaS companies successfully.
- You absolutely believe in Customer Success and keep up to date with new trends, news and ways of creating the best experience for your customers.
- You will ideally have experience with B2C clients.
- You have experience working with C level clients.
- You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.
- You understand what it takes to work in a Start-up.
- You have experience managing clients and developing relationships.
- You have some strong client-facing experience and regularly meet clients.
