A brilliant opportunity for a senior Biddable / PPC expert to take a lead role across digital channels, whilst also developing process. This fantastic opportunity is working for a world-renowned network agency offering excellent training, progression and benefits!

The Role.

As the Head of Digital Operations your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence - honing Digital Activation output across media activation and insights
  • Development of processes and workflows to deliver service improvements
  • Selection and onboarding of new technologies to enhance agencies capabilities
  • Product Development - working with internal stakeholders and Digital specialists to roadmap the Digital activation product.
  • Identifying areas for iteration in all aspects of digital; reporting on client specific challenges to build feature sets, ironing out team pain-points and building processes to eliminate friction.
  • Benchmarking channel teams capabilities within the network and the market
  • Management of the Digital Directors & their teams
  • Channel oversight
  • Championing team and outputs
  • Regular engagement with cross-agency forums

What you will bring to the role:

Experience

  • Experience within a digital activation role, either in-house, agency, or media owner side.
  • Team management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital processes
  • Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of the digital marketplace, and curiosity for and understanding of new technologies, emerging devices and other digital disciplines
