- Manage the commercial strategy of the business
- Manage the existing sales team of 10
- Set global publisher strategy
- Manage Operations and Technical teams
- Set and implement strategy for optimising and driving revenue
- Remote working
- Work with C-Suite on global strategy
- A background in driving revenue from Publishers
- Experience in setting strategic publisher acquisition strategy
- Experience in managing global teams and Managers
- A background in the programmatic industry
- A background in working with advertising technology companies
- A passion for launching new revenue streams
