Head of Marketing – B2B tech company - Berlin

 

This is a very exciting role for a Berlin based, high growth technology company. The business create world class technology products for dynamic tech business. They are growing rapidly and require a Head of Marketing/CMO to launch and build their marketing function, to support the rapid growth of the business.


 

About you….

 

  • 6+ years of professional experience with 1-3 years of experience in a start up/launch environment
  • Experience in the tech/saas space preferred.
  • Track record in creating a marketing strategy whilst being hands on in execution
  • Team management and development is essential, as the role will involve building a team
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, highly collaborative team to include the following functional areas: content, branding, social media and creative, digital and offline marketing ·
  • Work closely and develop a way of working, with the sales function, developing demand generation strategies
  • Content creation for sales teams, PR and all on and offline channels
  • Management of a PR agency
  • Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Create a model for KPI’s and tracking, in line with business objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Hungry to be part of a growing business and ready to step up at the pace the role demands
  • Fluency in English is a must and German is desirable, but not essential
  • Relocation can be arranged for the right candidate
