My client is the digital performance specialist within a global media network, made up of 100+ specialists working across PPC, Paid Social and Organic Performance (SEO, CRO, UX). Their specialists are embedded directly into the client teams. The Head of PPC is a pivotal role within the agency and sits within the leadership team which acts as a centre of excellence supporting, mentoring, innovating and ensuring best practise across all clients and specialist teams.

The role

My client is looking for a champion of PPC to head up their PPC team. The PPC team is an integral part of the agency, managing £50m+ across a wide range of household named brands. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record in leading Paid Search advertising (PPC) at an outstanding level. This person will find themselves working closely with Google (and other Search platforms) to deliver best-in-class Search campaigns for their clients. As well as being market leading at Search, they are also looking for someone who has a flair for leadership and is comfortable managing a large team and motivating them for success. You will ultimately be responsible for the PPC team and will report to the Head of Digital.

About You

The successful candidate will have 7+years' experience in PPC, ideally with agency experience. They will have experience leading a team, managing people, leading highly sophisticated PPC accounts.

This role provides the opportunity to lead PPC in one of the world's most decorated media agencies and part of a huge global network. You will be responsible for driving the Paid Search agenda within the agency and on our client accounts. You will ensure the agency is delivering best in class Paid Search activity, thought leadership and the best PPC team to work at in the industry!
