FTC (12 Months Maternity Cover) - Head of Retention - £80k

My client is a fast growing ecommerce business. Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategy that improves retention KPIs and drives incremental business. (Looking for someone to start ideally by 1st June)

The job:

* Define a retention marketing strategy across the following channels: email, inserts, direct mail, SMS, on-site, and paid media

* Define the retention marketing roadmap in line with customer retention and customer value goals

* Develop monthly and annual forecasts for Repeat Orders

* Manage the retention marketing budget

* Optimise the customer attribution modelling

* Closely collaborate with the Retention team in the US to ensure strategic alignment and shared learnings

* Manage and develop a Retention Manager and Retention Senior Associate

* Manage the roadmap of a Retention-focused data analyst to ensure you have a clear understanding of customer behaviour and the associated impact on customer value

* Work with the Data Science team to develop sophisticated models that drive campaign decisions

You:

* 6 years of relevant customer marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment, with ability to manage a team

* Have experience across the digital marketing channels but a strong focus within CRM

* Have experience looking after roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts

* Are analytically minded with a strong understanding of retention and marketing KPIs, as well as attribution and cohort analysis

* Are a proactive and flexible self-starter who thrives off ownership and responsibility
