Head of Sales - SaaS AI Competitor Analytics

Up to £100k base / double OTE

This AI platform helps companies understand what not only their competitors are doing but also their clients, partners, vendors and pretty much anyone else.

It automatically (24/7) tracks the websites and news for updates on new products, promotions, changes, acquisitions, change in prices and much more.

For example McDonalds can use it to update them in real time of Burger Kings price changes to prevent a fall in their sales.

  • A new fast growing team that you can mould in your own image, you will be very influential in their growth
  • The team is doing well, the SDR team found nearly 90 opportunities in recent weeks so there is a healthy pipeline you'll walk into
  • They've taken on funding with more coming to help expand growth

The Role

  • Managing a team of 5 SDRs & 5 AEs, this will be the day to day management, coaching, training, development and strategy of the team
  • Fast paced sales - each AE should be doing a 2-4 deals per month
  • Pipeline management - make sure the SDR team are on course to deliver the right pipeline to keep the AEs closing the correct amount of deals
  • Pipeline and revenue forcasting
  • Still be at the trenches, close to the actual day to day selling and closing deals yourself
  • Work closely with the founder to create a strategic vision for the company

Requirements

  • SaaS sales management - you have managed a team of SaaS sales people ideally both SDRs and AEs
  • Ideally you've got experience with teams 5+
  • Have hired both SDRs and AEs
  • Utilising a strong sales methodology
  • Have a good track record against your individual and team sales targets
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Can work with a newly built sales team and get them performing
  • Happy to work in a start up environment
  • Must be able to work in the central London office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
