My client is a leading tech vendor in the attention measurement space. After recently merging with a leading DSP and taking on millions of pounds in funding they are looking to grow out teams across the UK, US and APAC.
The product has been developed and refined over the past 6 years, resulting in the ideal data set for machine learning models that work across multiple formats. These predicted models for attention and be applied to the real world allowing advertisers to measure attentiveness on an ongoing basis.
They partner with the biggest names
across agencies, and specialist tech vendors too. Clients are blown away by the
product and see an immediate impact on their return on ad spend, through the
use of this data asset. The team are looking for a new Implementation Managers
to join their operations hub.

The Job
As the Implementation
Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Confidently spot revenue opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Strong technical capabilities and an eye for detail since accurate set-up, reporting, and campaign management is critical in the early stages of our client partnerships
- Fully comprehend advertiser's marketing needs to effectively communicate how our programmatic solution to help them achieve their goals
- Working with Customer Success to analyse campaign data and suggest better solutions to new external customers
- Understand the ad tech ecosystem and stay current on industry trends, and most importantly offering actionable insights to new customers.
- Provide actionable debriefs on both successful and unsuccessful campaigns to help guide Sales
You
- 3-5 years Advertising experience, preferably some exposure to Account Management or have been in a client facing role
- Excellence in logical thinking, problem solving and familiarity with big data and numbers
- A strong ability to look beyond what a customer says and identify what solutions available actually can help meet their needs
- An eye for detail in specific campaigns that can then be explained and actioned upon easily by customers who may not be as familiar with the programmatic space
- Ability to quickly get together reports that tell the story you are trying to convey to a new partner, to get them situated for success on the platform
