The Job

As the Junior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• You will work with the Senior Project manager and the Project Director on the crafting and delivery of CRM comms and projects as part of the wider clients' marketing effort
• Successfully manage CRM campaigns from strategy, creative, through design, to working with their off shore build partner and work with them on the development and testing of our ECRM campaigns
• Establishing timelines for each of their projects
• You will work with other project managers to gather statuses and issues and feed these into the Account Team for weekly client status meetings
• Plan out the yearly programme of work with the Account and Project team to check against capacity and budget to manage clients expectations
• Establish a good relationship with the client and internal teams and become a reliable point of contact

You

• 1-2 years agency experience
• CRM/digital comms as a minimum
• Ability to manage own projects
• An ambitious attitude
• Need to be comfortable talking to clients as will be main point of contact
