Sphere have recently partnered with one of the best tech vendors in Europe. They are a SaaS scale-up who are leaders in advertising: experts in reaching maximum efficiency in advertising through their progressive marketing technology that allows for human-like thinking.

As a result of their amazing success and growth, they are hiring a Marketing Director to join them in either Milan or Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage their entire marketing function, scaling up the team.
• You will lead on the entire end-to-end process for lead and demand generation campaigns.
• Nurture qualified leads through the funnel, working in close collaboration with sales.
• Use Account Based Marketing techniques for targeted campaigns for specific clients.

Essential experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience working in a B2B/SaaS landscape. 
• Experience with lead and demand generation campaigns, and are a multi-channel marketer.
• Minimum 3 years experience in leadership.
• Strong communicator: stakeholder management and communication with their clients.
