Marketing Operations & Data Management Specialist

A leading Ad Tech platform are looking for a Marketing Operations and Data Management Specialist who can support in cleaning up their tech stack, set up data flow between systems and reporting.
- Produce reports and dashboards to measure performance and business impact of initiatives,
- Lead the architecture of marketing technology stack
- Provide expertise in utilising their tech stack to accelerate customer acquisition
- Work on the optimisation of the marketing technology and data stack, advanced measurement and analytics, effective management of marketing automation platform database
- 3+ years' experience within Ad Tech
- Deep understanding of marketing automation technology - HubSpot, Salesforce and Intercom. Marketo is also desirable
- Experience managing customer data platforms, cross-channel and cross-system campaign management
- Experience in leading the evaluation and vendor selection
- Comfortable with working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders
- Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of marketing technology and digital marketing topics across various verticals
