Media Buying Lead - Amsterdam - € COMPETITIVE SALARY!
One of the biggest advertising agencies in the world is hiring a Media Buying Lead to join their new offices in Amsterdam!

This agency is one of the biggest advertising and performance marketing agencies in the globe, and they have offices in the US, Asia and the whole of Europe and have an exciting and dynamic portfolio of B2C, eCom and B2B clients to work with!
They are looking to hire a talented and ambitious Media Buying leader to lead the media buying team and strategy for one of the agencies' biggest account and client in the Netherlands. This person will lead two Senior reports who will oversee the media buying team for them.
The role is based in Amsterdam, and is hybrid role. Prior experience in Media Buying strategy and optimisation across Paid Social and Programmatic and client/account management is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and executing media buying across Programmatic and Paid Social platforms for client campaigns
- In depth functional and theoretical knowledge of META, DV360, Adform, The Trade Desk, Snapchat and Pinterest as they are the main buying platforms and channels for the client
- Manage client and team KPI's targeted through rigorous strategy, campaign delivery and team management
- Ability to drive new processes, identifying new measures, A/B testing and investigation on new advertising and activation areas
- Manage programmatic and social traders to drive high quality campaigns
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Maintain the account workflow and client discussion about buying innovations
Essential experience:
- +4 years of Paid Media (programmatic & social) hands-on ability, media buying and strategy
- Strategic buying knowledge across META Business Manager and DV360 amongst other social platforms and DSPS (Amazon, The Trade Desk)
- 1 year minimum of strong team leadership experience
- Strong project and account management experience, presentational and problem solving ability
- Excellent client service and relationship management
- Great interpersonal skills, communicative capacity and collaborative spirit
