Media Manager

This Global Media Agency Group is delighted to be recruiting a Media Manager in their Frankfurt office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Working in a small team of media and digital media experts for all media topics related to one of automotive clients across several countries in Europe
• Developing and providing strategic media guidelines to the local client and media teams, coordinating the media planning and implementation across several markets and analysing the effect of the campaigns and overseeing them
• Developing comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Identifying target audiences and recommending appropriate channels for advertising and analysing performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum impact
• Developing and managing media budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Generating insightful reports and providing actionable recommendations
• Coordinating with internal teams, creative teams, and clients to align media strategies with overall marketing goals
• Staying informed about and implementing industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital landscape
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in media strategy development, digital media planning, advertising technology and campaign analytics.
• A collaborative working style with high affinity to working within multinational organizations
• Very good language skills in English, both written and verbal mandatory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner
