OOH Client Manager - Independent Agency - London

This is a high-growth, full-service OOH specialist agency in the UK! They work with some of the largest agencies and most exciting clients across retail, fashion, travel, auto & more! This agency is values focused, with a focus on questioning the status quo, collaboration and learning. This allows them to drive value and innovation for their clients while embracing their team's individuality.

As the OOH Client Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the management of your own portfolio of clients across multiple agencies.
• Managing campaigns from brief, through planning, buying, delivery & PCA.
• Managing an account exec - ensuring they are effectively servicing clients and contributing to growing business.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends & developments in the OOH space, including driving performance and programmatic OOH developments.
• Helping to set KPIs for clients and ensuring these are met.
• Leading on resolving any client or campaign issues, and coaching your team how to do this.

You:

• Have at least 1 year's experience in media, ideally in an OOH background, but other media agency or media owner experience is also fine!
• Are passionate about the media landscape, and keen to become a true expert in OOH media.
• Have good numerical literacy, and have worked in data focused roles.
• Have excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Have a strong commercial acumen, and the confidence to apply this in your work.
