Optimisation Lead - Consumer tech / agency- £60,000 - £80,000
I am currently looking for an Optimisation Lead to join a huge name in Consumer Technology. As Optimisation Lead you will support the European Head of Data Driven Marketing with the development and delivery of the strategy to enhance the Customer Experience across all products and channels (including B2B and B2C).
- You will have direct accountability to implement a personalisation and optimisation strategy.
- Increasing conversion, average basket value and revenue.
- This is a newly created role and will be accountable for Long-term, state of the art personalisation, optimisation and content targeting.
- To initiate, lead and deliver the European Digital Optimisation strategy.
- Deliver the Optimisation plan and road map.
- Design and implement personalised customer journeys.
- Collaborate with UX, Content, Ecommerce, Analytics, CRM etc.
- Experience in a digital customer experience role.
- Experience with key optimisation and personalisation technologies and analytically techniques.
- Strong project Management experience.
- Brought in and fostered a culture of testing in their previous role.
- Helped influence overall company direction by feeding in insights from testing to broader teams
