A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Paid Search leader to join one of London's leading media networks as a Paid Search Partner.

The role

The paid Search Partner will report into the Managing Partner of Paid Search, you will co-lead the Paid Search department, taking responsibility for overall product and performance of the channel and leading a cohort of Paid Search Directors, where you will be the point of escalation and ultimately responsible for ensuring the delivery of technically excellent and strategically driven paid search.

Key Accountability's include:

  • Inspire the team to deliver industry leading Paid Search products which meet the needs of clients.
  • To lead, develop and mentor the talent of the Paid Search team who drive innovation within the industry.
  • Identify and implement training and development for the team, whilst mentoring others to line manage and enable all to reach their potential.
  • Act as the owner/strategic driver on product or client planning to deliver innovative solution and ideas.
  • Work closely with the strategic planning & client teams to deliver market leading Paid Search solutions, using knowledge of the clients business/brand, consumers and the industry.
  • Be a senior holder of product, technology and account relationships to ensure that we are able to deliver the best results for clients.
  • Ensure that the role and value of Paid Search is clearly understood by clients, investment teams and client services teams
  • Support teams to develop accounts through application of best practice processes, technology, testing and innovation.
  • Lead the acquisition of new business demonstrating it is commercially sound and delivers growth.
  • Be accountable for quality of the Paid Search product, delivery and strategy.

About you!

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in paid search for top tier Google agencies
  • Experienced as an inspirational leader of teams & development of others, including training, coaching & mentoring.
  • A sound grounding in digital media, with a good understanding of how each channel impacts one another and established relationships within the digital community.
  • An understanding of media commercials including client fee models and profitability measures

Other skills required include:

  • Excellent presentation skills - the ideal candidate will be confident presenting to large groups (100+) on a regular basis in community meetings
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills - you will need to manage very senior stakeholders within the business with professionalism
