This unique independent agency are looking for a driven, motivated and collaborative Paid Social specialist to join their growing team. The role of the Paid Social Account Director is a commercial role. You will report to the Head of Performance and your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of best practice of paid social across the agency.
- Drive executive relationships with platform partner such as Facebook, who are a premium partner of the agency.
- You will expand further channels such as tiktok and other video products.
- Lead planning and strategy across agency clients and integrate paid social across all account teams,
- Lead and grow the paid social team, manage performance plans and deliver training.
This role is perfect for a current Paid Social Manager looking to step up into an Account Director or for a current Account Director looking for a more commercial role and own the paid social offering.
You will come from a paid social background with expert knowledge in Facebook and will be very focused on driving performance KPIs
